This private investment firm (SFC 4&9) is looking for SENIOR MANAGER/FINANCIAL CONTROLLER to join the team in HK. They are looking for people with Audit/Professional background and experience in handling Private Equity Funds in Fund Admin/Buyside. This is a permanent position.
Your new role
- Review NAV calculation, capital call and distribution processing and cash management
- Investor reporting and operations
- Management reporting for the group
- Funds’ performance analysis and portfolio updates
- Work closely with external auditors, tax consultants, fund administrator and compliance team to complete tasks timely
- Regulatory reporting requirements for the group (FRR)
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ Years of Private Equity/Asset Management Experience in Sellside/Buyside
- Audit / Big 4 Background is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Hardworking, detail-minded and proactive
- Great team-player
