Financial Analyst (Retail, FP&A, Top US MNC, 13 months)

You are going to join a worldwide famous sportswear brand as a Financial Analyst for their retail business.

Your new role
  • Prepare management reports for HK market
  • Handle variance analysis and key trend highlight
  • Analyze business results with operational performance metrics
  • Prepare monthly business review reports
  • Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities for management’s review
  • Support month-end/ year-end closing, rolling forecast, annual budget, and planning process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Prepare financial summary for CAPEX /business cases
  • Assist automation of reporting process by designing and implementing the right tools and processes
  • Participate in new EPM system projects and support any ad hoc projects as assigned


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines
  • 3+ years experience in financial analysis; FMCG/ Retail exposure is an advantage
  • HKICPA qualification or equivalent is a plus
  • Good understanding of financial concepts
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, responsible, and a good team player
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel (Power Query), Power BI, and other Business Intelligence reporting tools
  • Experience in Oracle EPM and Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
