Top Tier HK listed Co - Group Finance Manager
Responsibilities
- Report to the Financial Controller
- Assist in monthly consolidation and financial reporting and reports to corporate head
- Assist in preparation of financial analyses and management reports and budgets
- Prepare supporting materials for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors
- Prepare ad-hoc management analysis and reports
- Other duties include review of the Annual Report, other stock exchange filings as needed, and develop and mentor all direct reports
Requirements
- University degree with a professional accounting qualification
- Over 5 years auditing experience in Big 4 audit firms
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Able to handle multi-task, self-motivated, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
