Our client is one of the leading property development companies in Hong Kong. They are looking for an Executive Assistant / Admin Offer to provide support to their CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall administrative support to the Executives on business travel, scheduling meetings, calls, calendar management, visitors.
- Support and assist management meetings, presentation and event. Help to draft and review contents.
- Document all activities in the system to ensure timely follow up.
- Ensure all travels and events are in compliance with the Company policies and procedures.
- Work in a team with other EAs based in different time zones for around the clock coverage for executives based internationally.
- Manage general office administration and HR Administration.
- Ad hoc projects and/ or events.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant or Admin Officer or Secretary.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and balance competing priorities is key.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Can do attitude is a MUST.
- Self-starting, critical thinker who can switch priorities at a moment’s notice with minimal or no direction.
- Good interpersonal skills and fluent written and spoken English and Chinese is a MUST.
- Good Computing with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with an international office culture is preferred.
- Availability immediately preferred.
