Your new role
- Assist IBD on general administration work
- Responsible for travel arrangement such as flight ticket booking, accommodation and visa application
- Schedule meetings and assist in internal & external call and video conference set up
- Handle ad-hoc project
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of EA experience in an investment bank or financial institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in fast-pace and under pressure
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
