- Provide installation, configuration and support service for voice, network communications system and related products
- Provide Tier-1 support and perform alarm monitoring
- Support remote/onsite project work and work requests
- Update paperwork to the Supervisor
What you'll need to succeed
- Working experience in PABX/PBX/UC engineering position
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications or related disciplines is preferable
- Prior Experience in Pabx System or other Unified Communications platform is highly preferable
- Able to be a Team player
- Able to work independently and under pressure
