Your new role
  • Supervise and manage daily sales operation of eshop to ensure quality services are delivered on schedule
  • Support eshop sales administration duties including, general sales operation, sales and finance reporting, customer redemption, inventory control, etc
  • Review the SOPs and propose improvement plan to enhance the operational efficiency and service quality
  • Work closely with both internal and external business partners to ensure smooth business operation
  • Coaching, inspiring and motivating the team of 2
  • Sales training, development, and performance management


What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree holder or equivalent with 4 years’ experience in ecommerce operations
  • Strong business acumen with good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong numerical sense with good analytical and reporting skills, problem solving skills and attention to details
  • Good leadership and able to motivate the team members
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in the use of computer, including Internet applications, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Proactive, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure with fast-paced environment
