A well-established online platform is looking for an E-commerce Operations Supervisor in Hong Kong.
Your new role
- Supervise and manage daily sales operation of eshop to ensure quality services are delivered on schedule
- Support eshop sales administration duties including, general sales operation, sales and finance reporting, customer redemption, inventory control, etc
- Review the SOPs and propose improvement plan to enhance the operational efficiency and service quality
- Work closely with both internal and external business partners to ensure smooth business operation
- Coaching, inspiring and motivating the team of 2
- Sales training, development, and performance management
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder or equivalent with 4 years’ experience in ecommerce operations
- Strong business acumen with good communication and coordination skills
- Strong numerical sense with good analytical and reporting skills, problem solving skills and attention to details
- Good leadership and able to motivate the team members
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficiency in the use of computer, including Internet applications, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Proactive, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure with fast-paced environment
