A lending Chinese bank is looking for a Division Head to manage few teams of relationship managers

Your new role

• Manage 3 to 4 teams of relationship manager in mid cap segment and offer guidance to the team to grow the corporate portfolio in local market
• Develop and maintain customer relationship with corporate clients
• Work with various stakeholders for credit approval
• Explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing and selling of bank's corporate financial services in the areas of corporate lending, structured banking, syndication, treasury and other financial products
• Reporting to senior management regularly

What you'll need to succeed

• 15+ years' relationship management experience in corporate / commercial banking,
• Team head experience for managing relationship managers
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
