Your new company

Our client is a top tier Corporate and Investment Bank in Hong Kong with strong presence in the APAC region. Due to steady growth, they are currently seeking for Director / VP to help drive Sustainable Finance transactions within Asia.

Your new role

• Reporting directly to the Regional Head, you will be tasked with driving sustainable finance and ESG advisory to corporate clients with the Hong Kong and Greater China
• You will meet various corporate clients (Conglomerates, China Corporates, HK Corporates and MNCs) and be tasked with identifying ESG risk mitigation and developing ESG opportunities
• You will also provide value added service to help the business design sustainable finance framework and provide recommendations to become a more Environmental and Socially aware corporate
• Structure sustainable finance transactions, Green Loans, Green Bonds according to clients' needs
• Upon evaluating the corporate clients, you will assign ESG rating for the clients and compare benchmarking practices across various companies

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 8 years fo experience in sustainable finance OR ESG advisory within financial services
• Previous experience in ESG ratings is a plus
• Qualification in Sustainable finance or ESG Investing is highly valued
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
• Open to travel for business trips
