Your new company

Our client is regional Corporate and Investment Bank in Hong Kong and is currently steadily growing its Corporate Finance team in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Reporting into the Department Head, you will be tasked with originating and executive various corporate finance and capital markets transactions for clients in Hong Kong and China
• Deep dive analysis on the company and market to design bespoke solutions for the clients
• Conduct financial modelling and prepare pitch books
• Manage the end to end deal process including deal pitching, structuring, documentation, client due diligence and book building of transactions
• Work closely with the client to identify other areas to cross-sell

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking / M&A in Hong Kong and/or China
• Ability to originate and execute end to end deals
• Strong market connections with C-level and Corporate Treasures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
