Your New Role:

As an executive level sustainability professional, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the project's sustainability strategy and framework. You will play a key role in designing and testing innovative sustainability concepts, with a focus on achieving self-sufficiency and creating a world-class ecosystem. Your technical expertise and creative design skills will be instrumental in achieving the projects and ongoing operations' sustainability goals.

What You Need:

The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive experience in sustainability strategy and vision. Ideally, designing and testing innovative sustainability concepts, with a passion for creating a sustainable future. They should possess excellent people management skills and creative design abilities. Additionally, the following technical skills and knowledge would be advantageous:

• Deep understanding of sustainable design principles and practices, including green building certifications such as LEED, WELL, and BREEAM.
• Expertise in renewable energy systems and technologies, such as solar, wind, and hydropower.
• Knowledge of sustainable water management practices, including rainwater harvesting and greywater reuse.
• Familiarity with sustainable transportation systems and infrastructure, such as electric vehicles and bike-sharing programs.
• Experience in sustainable materials and waste management practices, including circular economy principles and zero-waste strategies.
• Experience working with sustainability rating agencies and reporting standards, such as GRI and SASB.
• Knowledge of climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies, including greenhouse gas accounting and carbon offsetting.
