An global financial services company is looking for a Director for their regional CX team.
Your new role
As one of the key stakeholder in team, you are responsible to initiate and lead the end to end customer experience programs including client insight, customer experience strategy, customer campaigns etc across Asia markets. You should be able to advise on the best practices of customer insights and identify the gap and opportunities for customer segments, transactional data for different business units to achieve their goals in business strategy. Besides, you also need to translate the research result to a tangible CX strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll get in return
- 12+ years of research experience from insurance or wealth management
- Diversified experience with prior C-level stakeholder management experience
- Preferably with regional working background
- Strong business sense and ability to drive different collaborations across all levels
