Your new company

Our client is a Regional Corporate Bank in Hong Kong and is currently expanding their business operations in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking to her a Director within the Corporate Finance business.

Your new role

• Reporting into the Team Head, you will be tasked with originating acquisition finance transactions
• Originate M&A deals from global buyout funs from buy or sell side advisors
• Collaborate with junior team members on deal execution
• Develop and structure financial models according the business deal transactions and parameters
• Partnering with other departments to cross-sell other financial products

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors Degree in Business / Finance / Economics
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in leverage finance / acquisition finance / corporate finance
• SFC Type 1, 4 and 6 is highly preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in English is a must
