My client is one of the largest F&B business in Asia Region.
Your new role
- Oversee digital strategy to align with Business Units objectives
- Drive and/or influence digital product design and direction. Key focus on customer engagement digital products
- Set guiding principles and performance objectives of digital projects
- Plan and lead workshops leveraging design thinking methodologies to identify, prioritise, prototype and test digital experiences, leveraging a customer insights-driven approach
- Lead cross-departmental projects, provide strategic digital solutions to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and assist to operationalize the digital products
- Influence on technology roadmap development and direction
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, E-commerce or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, digital/ eCommerce system, and application projects
- Strong knowledge in Retail/ Digital solution related, such as Mobile App, E-commerce and CRM Applications and Web development
- Ability to conduct technical feasibility study for new ideas and digital projects
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong command in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
