Our client is a top tier FI in Hong Kong and is currently seeking to hire a Deputy Head of Financial Institutions with their FIG Department.

Your new role

• Reporting directly into Senior Management, you will be tasked in overlooking FI Department including relationships with Banks and Non-Banks
• Develop a business plan and devise business goals that are aligned with the bank's strategic direction
• Acquire new business relationships Hong Kong and within the Asia region including banks, non-bank FIs (asset management, security firms, brokers, dealers, insurance companies) and public sector
• Overlook the FI relationship managers team and provide necessary training and develop opportunities
• Collaborate with internal business departments and ensure business transactions are efficiently processed
• Review the internal process and procedures to conduct process improvement
• Conduct ad-hoc projects within the department

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors Degree in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10+ years of relationship management experience in Financial Institutions
• Have strong clientele relationships and potential clients to bring in
• Proven management and leadership skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
