One of a leading life insurance insurer in Hong Kong is looking for couple of Customer Service Officer/ Senior Officer for their team expansion.
Your new role
- Handle customer enquires ( in-bound, out-bound call, email).
- Perform and maintain customer service standard
- Reports potential crisis and complaint to supervisor for service improvement
- Ad hoc project and support line manager
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- With IIQE paper would be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese & PC skills
