Our client is one of the top tier general insurance firm, for their team expansion, they are looking for Customer Service Officer for their HK team.

Your new role

• Handle customer enquires by calls and email
• Perform and maintain customer service standard
• Reports potential crisis and complaint to supervisor for service improvement
• Ad hoc project and support line manager

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• With IIQE paper 1,2 would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese & PC skills
• More experience would be considered as senior customer service officer.
