Your new role
- You'll be responsible for working with multiple internal departments including operations, purchasing and logistics, as well as external suppliers
- Order processing management, stock allocation
- Arrange shipment, delivery and invoices
- Follow up backorders, PO tracking and KPIs review
- S&OP involvement, attend regular meetings
- Any ad-hoc duties when assigned
- Manage the customer services team
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years in a similar role within supply chain or customer service
- Degree qualified in business administration, supply chain, logistics or related
- Familiar with SAP is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Maturity and the ability to lead by example
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
