Your new role

As the CTO, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology vision, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will lead the development and implementation of technical strategies, oversee product development, and establish best practices to optimise efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

What you'll need to succeed

- Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy and roadmap, aligning it with business goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in technology-driven organisations.

- Strong technical expertise in [specific fields, e.g., cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, software development].

- A strategic mindset with the ability to align technology with business objectives.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
