Our client is a leading automotive brand in the world. It is currently hiring for a new headcount – CRM Marketing Officer to expand their team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to the entire CRM lifecycle to interpret the customer insights for CRM strategies & driving higher ROI, and identify key CRM drivers and loyalty program throughout the to maximize the consumer lifetime value.
- Take the new initiatives on customers through member database analysis such as sales trend, purchase behaviour, demographics, spending patterns, pre and post campaign review for business planning
- Implement & participate in CRM campaigns/ initiatives for loyalty program to drive member acquisition, retention and reactivation
- Contribute to marketing communications and collaterals for different touch points to drive customer engagement & optimize consumer journey
- In charge of the customer targeting and segmentation for campaigns for more personalization, higher relevance, and loyalty to our members
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM/ loyalty marketing
- Experience in loyalty program in retail/ automobile / luxury industry is preferred
- Team player, presentable, detail-minded and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills and writing skills in English and Chinese
