Your new role
Working under Risk Management Department, you will be responsible for leading a team and facilitating the alignment of the Bank's general risk especially in credit risk related policy. You will conduct gap analysis between existing risk policies and risk management practice in the bank.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10 years of experience in bank covered credit risk functions
• Previous experience in writing credit policy
• Fluent in Chinese and English
