A large FMCG company is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager in Hong Kong.
Your new role
- Provide strategic direction and set targets to the team, coordinate and implement the B2B strategy that are aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain business relationship with key customers to improve customer satisfaction
- Lead, coach and supervise the team in daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating and measuring results
- Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets / KPIs
- Ensure a professional sales service in accordance with the brand image
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder or above in Sales & Marketing or other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B corporate sales management, preferably in FMCG and hospitality
- Successful track record of delivering on KPIs and managing people to drive sales
- Capability to develop strategic planning to drive business growth
- Positive thinking, high degree of self-motivation, reliable, persistent and result-orientated
- Strong planning, problem solving, communication, analytical & presentation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
