Your new role
  • Provide strategic direction and set targets to the team, coordinate and implement the B2B strategy that are aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain business relationship with key customers to improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead, coach and supervise the team in daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating and measuring results
  • Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets / KPIs
  • Ensure a professional sales service in accordance with the brand image

What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree holder or above in Sales & Marketing or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B corporate sales management, preferably in FMCG and hospitality
  • Successful track record of delivering on KPIs and managing people to drive sales
  • Capability to develop strategic planning to drive business growth
  • Positive thinking, high degree of self-motivation, reliable, persistent and result-orientated
  • Strong planning, problem solving, communication, analytical & presentation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
