Your new role
- Handle handling GI claims according to company policies
- Responsible for daily administrative tasks including documentations, filing, handle client and agent enquiries etc
- Follow up with Finance department settlement cheques
- Assistant UAT and claims workflow enhancement projects
What you'll need to succeed
- 2-4 years of experience in claims handling
- Experience in general insurance
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Well organised and good team player
- Able to work efficiently under tight timeline
- Immediately available is highly preferable
