Job Description
The Chief Human Resources Officer will be responsible for leading a team of 20 plus. He/she will be a trusted leader and advisor to the business leaders to build organisational & individual capabilities, and ensure effective execution and decision making, specifically related to the human capital assets of the Asia Pacific business. The position will report to the Chief Executive.
Job Responsibilities
- Devise overall HR strategy in alignment with the Company’s business direction and the Group’s HR direction
- Work & partner with the HR teams to implement HR programs for Asia such as learning and development and office administration services, compensation & benefits, performance management, and other programs
- Be part of committee group for upkeeping the directors of the HR strategy, trend and development of the company
Requirements
- Degree/Master Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 20 years HR experience preferably gained in Banking/ Insurance sectors
- Visionary, strong leadership, influencing and management skills
- Demonstrated record of translating conceptual management direction into HR strategic actions
- Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
