- The department lead of People & Culture team, a strong BP for formulating HR strategies to align with business direction
- Formulate HR strategies to align with business direction
- Liaise with line managers and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of HR services including recruitment, sourcing, performance management and talent development, etc.
- Supervisor of the HRIS project implementation
- Work closely with top management to identify opportunities for maximizing staffing and workforce planning to benefit on overall staff cost management
- Liaise with line managers and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of HR services including manpower planning, sourcing, performance management and talent development
- Strengthening operational and management efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects assigned
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 10 years' human resources management experience in a senior managerial capacity of core business;
- Visionary, strong leadership, influencing and management skills;
- Innovative, strong business and commercial acumen with strategic mindset, and able to provide best solutions;
- Acceptance to occasional business travel
