A world leading hospitality amenities supplier is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to handle APAC markets.

Your new role

Our client is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to oversee the distribution and sale of their products to hotel clients in APAC region. In this role, the Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with distributors, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring that our client's products are well-positioned in the marketplace. They will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for growing revenue and expanding the customer base.

  • Manage distributors across APAC region
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategy
  • Achieve sales target by increasing sales revenue with key accounts
  • Perform market analysis to maximise market share
  • Prepare quotations and pitches
  • Coach and develop junior members within the team


What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 5 years of experience in channel sales, handling distributor relationships, and selling to hotel clients in APAC
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
  • Strong hunter mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
