Your new role
You will oversee all aspects of the Finance, Investment & Accounting of the company; You will be responsible for strategic financial planning to support business growth as well as financial reporting of the group to ensure compliance of HKlisting rules and accounting standard. You will lead company’s corporate finance activities including but not limited to financing, fund-raising, bond issuance and investments. You contribute financial insight to the board and investors.
What you'll need to succeed
CPA/ CFA Qualified
Minimum 20 years of work experience
Investment Banking experience could be a PLUS
