Your new company is an international private equity fund with a long historical presence in Hong Kong, AUM US$ 3bn+
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire middle-back function of the fund, including but not limited to:
- Fund Level Accounting
- Corporate Level Accounting (HK, SG is a plus)
- Transaction level support
- Audit & Tax
- Legal and compliance
- HR and Admin Functions
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need 10-30 years of middle-back office experience within Private Equity.
