We are partnering with an international insurance firm and they are looking for a C&B Manager.
Your new role
- Being the subject expert in rewards and compensations, provide professional advice on developing compensation and benefits strategy with alignment to business plan to drive high-performance culture
- Oversee C&B programs eg. monthly payroll, pension, group insurance, salaries tax and wellness
- Development and implement compensation and benefits framework, policies and procedures that are compliant with the statutory requirements
- Conduct data analysis and drive continuous process improvement
- Handle various ad-hoc HR projects
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience in C&B and payroll function
- Well-versed in HK labour laws; related legislations and its practice
- Exceptional communications skills in Cantonese and English
- Proactive and energetic
- Smart and presentable with strong business acumen
