My client is a leading bank in Hong Kong, providing a wide range of financial services and products both locally and regionally, is looking for an accounting professional to support and lead the information technology (IT) department's financial control functions, in particular, focusing in the business finance support, management Reporting areas to support senior management in the decision-making process.

Your new role
Acting as a Manager, a key person within the business finance team, reporting directly to the Senior Management. Your duties cover:

• Handle and manage the department's budgeting and financial management reporting process;
• Handle the cost and forecasting in different projects and liaise with different project managers in managing the performance and cost;
• Vendor management and acting as a communication bridge among different business functions;
• Support senior management in decision-making process by providing different insights and conduct financial analysis;

What you'll need to succeed
In order to secure this position, you will need to have the following qualifications / experience / qualities:

• With a Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting / Finance / Business or any relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of Financial Reporting / Management Reporting / MIS reporting experience in banking sector with strong analytical mindset;
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese, and English;
• Professional level in Microsoft Excel.
