A leading Insurance company who has strong presence in Life Insurance capabilities is looking to expand their current Digital Transformation and Customer Experience capabilities. To cope with their rapid business expansion in Hong Kong, they are looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join the team.

Your new role
As a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Participate in a range of project initiatives such as transformation, customer experience, marketing
• Provide business analysis and UAT in assigned deliveries and initiatives under an agile manner
• Manage and facilitate project lifecycle between various stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Has experience in the insurance space is a plus
