What you'll need to succeed

• Able to gather user requirement and generate insights,
• Experience working on customer experience projects within the financial industry.
• G ood tech understanding, to bridge the gap between IT and Stakeholders.
• Assist teammates and manager to assure the projects are within scheduled timeline
• Strong communication abilities
