Your new role

Position Objective: Support all affairs of system being used in contact centre & counter and ensure that the designing and implementing of the business requirements & resources planning, process reengineering

UAT test and user training is able to achieve the highest level of productivity, operations efficiencies, quality and customer satisfaction.

1. New digital platform development, implementation and support (60%)

• Support the development, implementation and maintenance for new digital platform project - OmniChannel.

• Support business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.

• Collaborate with end users to ensure developed systems can fulfil user requirements.

• Prepare documentations including test plan, business requirement metrics, test case, daily status report and UAT completion certificate.

• Prepare the training material and conduct user training for system implementation.

2. Legacy system continuous improvement and maintenance (30%)

• Identify the rooms of improvement on existing process/system and propose the enhancement required after/together with the deployment of OmniChannel in order to uplift the operation efficiency.

• Support business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.

• Collaborate with end users to ensure developed systems can fulfil user requirements.

• Coordinate and support the testing including prepare test plan, test case and conduct the testing.

• Prepare the training material and conduct user training for system implementation.

3. Other responsibilities (10%)

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements

Financial and Non-Financial Measures:

• Delivers the performance reports to relevant parties accurately and timely;
• Completes projects on schedule;
• Collects business requirements and conducts UAT test on schedule;

Delivers user training according to pre-defined schedule.

What you'll need to succeed

Internal (80%)

• Coordinates with project team and user taskforce to conduct timely business requirements and resources planning, process reengineering, UAT test and user training
• Works closely with parties from relevant business units, taskforce and supporting departments to identify business and service improvement opportunities.

External (20%)

Most Challenging Communication

• Designs effective digital service to meet the needs of agency, brokers, customers and internal staff;
• Discusses with different counterparts to shape win-win customization for team, business and customer specific needs
• 
  
  • University graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Basic insurance and pension knowledge would be definitely an advantage
  • Strong analytic, problem solving, planning & implementation skills
