An Award-Winning Insurance leader is looking to expand their Life Insurance Operations Transformation capabilities in order to provide a more customer-centric solution and better customer experience. Looking to hire an Associate Director is leading this company-wide transformation.
Your new role
As an Associate Director, you are responsible for:
- Lead and manage the project team in order to maintain center of excellence in project delivery
- Define Change management roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders as well as identify latest technology for process excellence
- Work with different business units and get stakeholder buy-in
- Enhance project governance and standards of procedures
What you'll need to succeed
- 10 years of Project Management experience with at least 5 years in Life Insurance
- Strong understanding in Life Insurance Operations and Agile methodology
- Proven track record in delivery multiple large scale projects
- Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management skills
