Your new company

• A top-tier bank based in Hong Kong, with a strong reputation for excellence in client service and innovation. Is seeking a talented and experienced Associate Director of Corporate Development and Strategy to join their team to support their CEO office.
• You will work closely with the CEO Office and other senior executives to identify and pursue growth opportunities, develop strategic plans, and coordinate the implementation of key initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of success in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.

Your new role

• Develop and execute the bank's corporate development and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with the CEO Office and other senior executives to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic plans and coordinate the implementation of key initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
• Prepare detailed business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, clients, and industry partners.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate development and strategy, with a focus on the banking or financial services industry is a must.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and services.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with others.
• Fluent in English and Chinese Cantonese is a must.
