Your new role

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, to support project decision-making and ensure financial feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
• Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement effective cost control measures to optimize project profitability.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including project financial statements, variance analysis, and cash flow projections, to facilitate informed decision-making and ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
• Identify and assess financial risks associated with projects, develop risk mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations to project teams and senior management to minimize financial exposure.
• Contribute to the development of financial plans and strategies, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, senior management, clients, and financial institutions, to ensure effective communication and alignment on financial matters.
• Assist in strengthening the budget control system and ERP enhancement project, contributing to the development of more efficient and effective financial processes and systems.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA qualification preferred.
• 5 years+ of relevant experience in financial accounting, financial planning, and analysis, with prior experience in project management being an advantage.
• Construction / Engineerung / Telecommunication industry experience will be a definite plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Excel and Oracle ERP systems.
