A well-established International Bank is looking for a AM to join their Payment Operations team.
Your new role
- Work as an assistant manager, handle day-to-day payment operations including inward/outward remittance transactions
- Handle cheques processing and cash management
- Provide day to day support to the Operations Team
- Handle remittance enquiries
- Provide excellent client services to customers and in-house departments
- Assist in adhoc projects and programs as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor Degree holder in a related field
- 5+ years of working experience in payment operation
- Good knowledge in deposits and remittance
- Familiar with RTGS, SWIFT message system
- Experience in client servicing will be an advantage
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin
