A life insurance looking for an Assistant Manager to support General Compliance programs.
Your new role
Your major focus will be to provide compliance advisory and assurance in broad scope including compliance monitoring, regulatory, data privacy, AML, compliance risk assessment and projects. On-going, you will provide compliance advisory and enhance compliance culture ensuring ethics are sustained. You will develop your compliance expertise and provide compliance driven solutions for business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 4 years of compliance / audit / risk experience from insurance industry
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with a motivation to learn as you deliver the role’s objectives
- Thrives in a dynamic environment, motivated in developing subject matter expertise and proactive in new initiatives
- Ability to contribute independently in a harmonious team based environment
