Our client, a leading power company, is seeking an experienced ESG Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual looking to make a real impact in the sustainability and ESG field.

Your new role
As the ESG Manager, you will be responsible for leading the company's ESG reporting and engagement initiatives, ensuring that they are aligned with international ESG standards such as GRI, TCFD, and SBTi targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to embed ESG practices into the company's operations, and support the development and implementation of ESG strategies and initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG reporting and engagement
• Knowledge and understanding of ESG standards such as GRI, TCFD, and SBTi targets
• Fluency in English and Chinese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to motivate and lead others
• self-motivated with a strong work ethic
