Assistant Manager (Total Rewards| up to $600k annual base)
What you'll need to succeed
Plan and execute of Groupwise Total Rewards policies, guidelines & procedures and facilitate the implementation
Engage in various Total Rewards projects, such as pay structure benchmarking, job evaluation, benefits review, staff wellbeing review, etc.
Coordinate with different group companies HR and drive the progress and track status of total rewards programs
Establish reports, survey questionnaires & conduct analysis regarding compensation & benefits, staff recognition, welling & workplace flexibility for group company to facilitate strategy formulation
Assist to streamline and digitalize HR process for alignment and standardization
What you'll get in return
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, previous total rewards experience in the sizeable multinational companies or professional services firm is desirable
Experienced in staff communication, and versed in English and Chinese written language
Strong in data analysis and intepretation
Well organized, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Good communication & interpersonal skills and able to work in a dynamic environment
Highly proactive, open minded, self-motivated and be able to learn quickly
