What you'll need to succeed
- Plan and execute of Group wise Frontline Incentive Project, guidelines & procedures and facilitate the implementation
- Engage in various Total Rewards projects, such as pay structure benchmarking, job evaluation, benefits review, staff wellbeing review, etc.
- Coordinate with different group companies HR and drive the progress and track status of total rewards programs
- Establish reports, survey questionnaires & conduct analysis regarding compensation & benefits, staff recognition, welling & workplace flexibility for group company to facilitate strategy formulation
- Assist to streamline and digitalise HR process for alignment and standardization
What you'll get in return
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, previous total rewards experience in the sizeable multinational companies
- Experienced in staff communication, and versed in English and Chinese written language
- Strong in data analysis and interpretation
- Well-organised, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Good communication & interpersonal skills and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Highly proactive, open-minded, self-motivated and be able to learn quickly
- Frontline facing experience is a must
