What you'll need to succeed

• Perform routine HR staffing functions, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, learning & development, employees’ relation.
• Identify training needs and develop training program and curriculum for corporate staff, ensure their performance meet corporate standard
• Develop KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendation for improvement
• Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from searching candidate, CV screening, interview arrangement to contract preparation
• Monitor and manage the data for strategies planning
• Prepare various analytical reports for management review
• Participate in ad hoc and assignments

What you'll get in return

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in Human Resources fields
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Mature, independent, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Immediate availability is preferred
