What you'll need to succeed
- Perform routine HR staffing functions, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, learning & development, employees’ relation.
- Identify training needs and develop training program and curriculum for corporate staff, ensure their performance meet corporate standard
- Develop KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendation for improvement
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from searching candidate, CV screening, interview arrangement to contract preparation
- Monitor and manage the data for strategies planning
- Prepare various analytical reports for management review
- Participate in ad hoc and assignments
What you'll get in return
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in Human Resources fields
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Mature, independent, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Immediate availability is preferred
