About the Role:
Our client, a prominent organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a public sector environment, focusing on various HR functions including Employer Relations, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Talent Acquisition (TA), and Learning & Development (L&D).
Key Responsibilities:
- Employer Relations:
Manage and enhance employer-employee relationships, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. - Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee the development and implementation of C&B programs to attract and retain top talent. - Talent Acquisition:
Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. - Learning & Development:
Design and deliver training programs to support employee growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
