This Real Estate Asset Management Firm is currently hiring an Assistant Finance Manager to join their Finance team. This role offers regional exposure and good work-life balance. This position is open to people with 5+ Years of Accounting / Finance experience within the Financial Industry / Financial Services / Asset Management.
Your new role
- Manage financial reporting, analysis and accounting processes, covering assets in different locations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Implementing new financial and accounting strategies
- Consolidate internal reports for management's review
- Handle audit and tax related matters
- Assist the team in preparing investment and new business models proposals
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ Years of relevant In-house/Commercial experience in Accounting / Financial Reporting
- Supervisory experience
- CPA qualification or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Fluent English and Chinese
