This Real Estate Asset Management Firm is currently hiring an Assistant Finance Manager to join their Finance team. This role offers regional exposure and good work-life balance. This position is open to people with 5+ Years of Accounting / Finance experience within the Financial Industry / Financial Services / Asset Management.

Your new role

• Manage financial reporting, analysis and accounting processes, covering assets in different locations
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Implementing new financial and accounting strategies
• Consolidate internal reports for management's review
• Handle audit and tax related matters
• Assist the team in preparing investment and new business models proposals
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ Years of relevant In-house/Commercial experience in Accounting / Financial Reporting
• Supervisory experience
• CPA qualification or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Fluent English and Chinese
