Our client is a financial services regulator and is currently seeking a junior to mid-level lawyer to join their advisory legal services team.
Your new role
- Advise on the performance of the Regulator’s statutory functions
- Assist in the preparation of primary and subsidiary legislations
- Review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and documents
What you'll need to succeed
- HK qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE
- Familiar with relevant securities and companies legislation, understand constitutional and administrative law, and know the structure and operation of HK securities and futures market
- Analytical with good language skills
