Our client is a financial services regulator and is currently seeking a junior to mid-level lawyer to join their advisory legal services team.

Your new role
  • Advise on the performance of the Regulator’s statutory functions
  • Assist in the preparation of primary and subsidiary legislations
  • Review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and documents

What you'll need to succeed
  • HK qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE
  • Familiar with relevant securities and companies legislation, understand constitutional and administrative law, and know the structure and operation of HK securities and futures market
  • Analytical with good language skills
