An established life insurance company is looking for Manager / Assistant Manager, Claims to join their Hong Kong team.

Your new role
You will manage claims across minor and major claims and participate in ad-hoc projects. You will prepare claims management reporting and analysis and handle claims assessment. Together with the team, you will ensure quality service and delivery. You will need to liaise with service provider and hospital administrator for pre-authorization management and emergency services.

What you'll need to succeed
· 5+ years of life insurance claims / underwriting experiences
· FLMI/ FLHC qualification or equivalent will be preferred
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Strong team player and ability to achieve results
· Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Officer.
