A leading international wealth management firm is looking for senior case manager to support HNW business operations.

Your new role

• Deliver end-to-end case management service for the new applications in accordance with underwriting, compliance, regulatory and Group requirements and the agreed service lead time.
• Manage the team for process cases in accurate, effective & timely manner.
• Ensure proper and complete documentation is filed in the internal record with good quality.
• Support head to monitor the team for achieve the business, coach and train the junior staffs
• Handle and resolve the problem cases skillfully and independently.
• Support ad-hoc tasks, projects and cross channel duties

What you'll need to succeed

• More than 3 years relevant experience in insurance.
• New business experience / experienced in handling universal life and HNW cases
• Good interpersonal skills and mature attitude
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines independently for tasks
• Great communication in English and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience would consider as manager
