Our client is a leading luxury retail group in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an Architectural Design Manager to expand the team.

Your new role

• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders in accomplishing project objectives. Provide technical support and expert advice on discipline-related issues to other members of the project team, as well as to in-house staff of other departments;
• Responsible for planning, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects including progress, quality and budgetary control
• Provide architecture and design direction, manage the consultants for company projects, consistency with the brand design goals and guideline requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, government departments and relevant organizations on project planning, monitoring, design and implementation
• Manage project execution and to ensure the project achieves the design and quality standard as planned
• Ensure the quality of works, safety and environmental precaution measures carried out in compliance with the contract document and statutory regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline
• At least 6 years’ relevant working experience in property architecture project, no matter in property developer or consultant firms
• Experience in working at commercial or mixed function project or design will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, working both independently and in a team-oriented
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Architecture Design Manager
