Your new role
Based in Hong Kong, you will be providing the field application support for the major product lines:

• Provide pre and post sales technical application support to customers to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives,
• Conduct product application training to customers and to internal team members,
• Manage product evaluation at customer site to meet business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualification Degree in Medical Technology or Sciences associated discipline
• 3+ years of a technical experience in a clinical and life science laboratory set-up with strong technical understanding of laboratory procedures and changing trends
• Technical and application knowledge of clinical diagnostics and life science methodologies
• Experience at managing evaluation and training as an advantage
• Proactive and continuous learning mindset
