Your new role

• Handle enquiries from business partners and clients via emails and phone calls
• Delivering information about company's offerings
• Providing proactive customer outreach
• Provide clerical support to Business Development team

What you'll need to succeed

• Native Japanese and Fluency in English is a must
• Bachelor's Degree preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Customer service experiences preferred, but not a must
• Financial or insurance background preferred but not essential
• Visa can be sponsored for this position
